昨年も大変お世話になりました。
本年もどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
本年も目標高めのハードル低めで、ほどほどに進んでまいります。いよいよ7周年。
年賀状は高校からボクの部屋に飾っているよしもとばななさん原作 「映画 キッチン」のポスターをオマージュ。

年越し蕎麦食べました？
年越し蕎麦食べました？
江戸末期に蕎麦屋さんは、夜売りを除いても3800店以上あったとか。つまり、1町内に2軒以上の数だったようです。すごいですよね！
年越し蕎麦、引越し蕎麦もその頃にうまれた生活習俗。
年越し蕎麦 江戸末期の金銀細工師が仕事で飛び散った金銀の粉をそば粉をまいて上手に回収していたことから、蕎麦たべることで、年中にたまった色んなツケを、売ったお客様から回収上したい！との、切実な願いが込められたものだったという説。※昔は現金商売というより、ツケが主流だった為です。
今よく言われるのは、「細く永くが幸せだと」蕎麦のカタチに幸せの願いを込めた説。
まあ、色々あるけれど、、、 年中行事として節目として、食べられる蕎麦。日本人がお蕎麦を身近に、そして大切にしてきた食文化であるということ。
そんな日本人の歴史ある、いとなみに、naruを選んでいただけるお客様が沢山。そんな皆様に、少なくとも7年も携われていることは、やっぱりとても素晴らしいことだなぁと実感しています。ありがとうございます。そんな年末のお店で汗を流して一緒に取り組んでくれているスタッフにも頭が下がります。
今年も残すところ明日を入れて4日。
是非近くのお蕎麦屋さんで！
